Supersql

Terms

These terms cover the Supersql app and this website, both run by System Operator LLC. Last updated November 7, 2026.

The app

What it is

Supersql is a Mac, iPhone and iPad app that connects to your databases and opens your data files, on your device. It is a program running on your device, not a service. We do not receive or store your data. Privacy says what little leaves your device.

License and purchases

Supersql is distributed through the App Store and licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The core app is free. Supersql Pro is a one-time in-app purchase made with Apple: payment, refunds and taxes are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. There is no subscription.

Your databases

You choose what Supersql connects to and with what rights. A connection only reads until you switch it to writes, and a change runs as a dry run before it waits for your Touch ID. What you run against your own databases is your decision.

As is

Under Apple’s agreement the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

The website

supersql.app describes Supersql. There is nothing to sign up for and nowhere to upload anything. Read it, link to it and quote it; do not try to break or overload it. The words and images on this site belong to System Operator LLC. Apple, Mac, iPhone and iPad belong to Apple; PostgreSQL, Supabase, PlanetScale, SQL Server, Cloudflare and DuckDB belong to their owners.

Both

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Supersql in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We can update the app, the website and these terms. We date this page when it changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where System Operator LLC is formed, without regard to conflict of law rules.
